The Humble Peticon and Appeale of the
Churchwarden and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of St Augustine als
St Austin London

That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the Hands
and Seales of Two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for
the said City of London & the Liberties thereof (Quor un)
receiving Date the Thirtyeth Day of May last past Elizabeth
Tarrott< no role > Widow of John Tarratt< no role > was removed from the
Parish of St Bennedict St. Bernett Pauls wharf London
unto the said Parish of St Augustin als Austin London
alledging the said last menconed Parish to be the Place of
her last legall Settlement.

That your Petitioners Conceiving themselves
agreived by the said Warrant or Order of the sd.
True Justices Do humbly Appeale to your Lordp
and Worps therefrom, and pray that yor Lordp
& Worps will be pleased to hear them concerning
the Prmises And that the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St
Augustine ats Austin London may appear
before you and hear and abide the Judgment
and Determination of yor. Lord & Worps
touching this Appeale.
