That by virtue of a Warrt. or Order under the Hands & Seals of Two
of his Maties. Justices of the Peace wth. in the City of London (Quor unus)
bearing date the Thirtieth day of Time last past One Elizabeth Moor< no role > widdo .
of Roger Moor< no role > wth. her two Children Elizabeth< no role > aged Six years and upwards
and Mary < no role > aged three years & Upwards were removed from the parish of
St. Buttolph wth. out Algate London unto the parish of St. Bennitts
Paulswharfe London alledging that yor Petr. parish is the place
of their last legal Settlement

yor Petrs. concerning themselves aggreived by the sd.
Warrant & judgment of the said Two Justices humbly
Appeal to yor. Honors & Worpps for Releif therein.
And Pray they may be heard in the prmisses And
that the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of
the said parish of St. Buttolph wth. out Algate London
