The humble Petition and Appeale of the
Church Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the Parish of St. Martin in the
Fields in the County of Middlesex .

Sheweth

That by an Order or Warrant under the hands &
Seales of Sr. John Ward< no role > Knight Mayor and Sr. William
Withers< no role > Knight Two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the
Citty of London and the Libertys thereof (quor un) bearing
date the third day of June last, Elizabeth Ross< no role > was removed
from the Parish of St. Andrew Wardrobe London to your
Petrs. said Parish of St. Martin in the Fields , Whereby
your Petrs. humbly conceive they are wronged & aggrieved

Your Petrs. therefore humbly appeal
to your Worships, and pray Your
Worps to appoint a time to hear &
determine the same.

And your Petrs. shall ever pray Etc.
