The humble Petition and appeal of the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the poor of the parish of Watfeild in the County
of Suffolk.

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Warrant under the hands and Seals of two of
his Matys Justies of ye peace within the City of London (Quor unus).
bearing Date the 16 day of September last Charles Bless< no role > was removed
from the parish of St. Bartholomew by exchange London unto the
Parish of Watsfeild in the County of Suffolk alledging the said
Pish to be ye place of his last Legal Settlement.

That your Petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved by
the said Warrant and Judgment of the said two Justices and
do must humbly appeal to your Honour & Worps therefrom

Your Petitioners therfore most humbly
pray your Honour and Worps will be
pleased to hear them in the premisses
and that the Church Wardens & Overseers
of the poor of the Pish of St. Bartholomew
by Exchange London may appear before
you and hear abide the Determinacon
of your Honr & Worps touching the sd Appeal
