The humble Petition and appeale of the
Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of St Martin in the Fields
in the County of Middx.

Sheweth

That by a Warrant or Order under the hands and
Seales of Sr. William Thomson< no role > Knt . Recorder and Sr
William Withers< no role > Knt . two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the said Citty of London and Liberty thereof (Quor un) bearing
date the Twenty Sixth day of March last Sarah Cotty< no role > with
Four Childrens Vizt. Dennis< no role > Fourteen Mary< no role > nine Isaac< no role > four
years and Sarah< no role > Eleaven Months old were removed from the
Parish of St. Anne in Blackfryers to your Petrs. said Parish of
St. Martin in the Fields whereby your Petrs. humbly conceive
they are wronged and aggrieved.

Wherefore your Petrs. humbly [..] Appeals
to your Worships against the said Order and
pray your Worships to appoint a day to hear
and determine the same.

And your Petrs. shall ever pray Etc.
