To the Right Honoble Sr J [..] Ward Knt Lord Mayor of
the City of London and to the [..] st of his Matys Justices of the
peace at the [..] Quarter Sessions of the peace Assembled.

The humble Peticon and appeal of the Church Wardens
and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of St. Michael
Wood Street London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Warrant under the hands & Seals other
of his Matys Justices of the peace within the City of London (Quor
unus) bearing Date the Thirteenth day of August last John
Wilcox
< no role > with Mary< no role > his wife were removed from thesaid Parish
of St Giles without Cripplegate London unto ye sd Pish of St
Michael Wood Street London alledgeing the said Parish to be the
place of their last Legal Settlement.

That your Petitioners conceive themselves
aggrieved by the said Warrt & Judgment of the sd
two Justices and do most humbly Appeal to your
honour & Worps therefrom

Your Petitioners therefore most
humbly pray your Honour & Worps
will be pleased to hear them in the
premisses and Order that the
Churchwardens & Overseers of ye poor of
the sd Pish of St. Giles witht Cripplegate
London may appear [..] force your Honr
& Worps & hear & abide the Determinacons
of this Court touching ye sd Appeal

And your petrs shall ever pray Etc.
