To the Rt Honble Sr John Ward< no role > Knt Lord Maior of the City of London
And to the Rt Worpll the Rest of his Majesties Justices of the Peace
for the said City in their general quarter Session Assembled

The humble Peticon and Appeal of the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of St. Thomas the Appostle London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or order under the hands & Seals of
two of his Maties Justices of the peace for the City of London (Quour
Unus) bearing Date the 29th Day of December last, Past Phebe
Williams
< no role > wife of William Williams< no role > with three Children , George< no role >
Elizabeth< no role > and David< no role > were removed from the Parish of St. Michael in
crooked lane London unto the said Parish of St. Thomas the Apostle
as the Place of their last legal Settlement

That your Petr. doubt not but to prove that the said Phebe
William
< no role > and her three Children hath not any legal Settlemt.
in the said Parish of St. Thomas the Apostle whereby they
conceive themselves aggrieved by the said Warrant of the
said two Justices And do humbly appeal to your Honour
and Worpps there from

Your Petr therefore most humbly prays your Honr
and Worpps will be pleased to hear them in the
Prmisses And that the Churchwardens & Overseers of
the Poor of the said Parish of St. Michael crooked
Lane may appear before you and hear & abide
the Determination of your Honr. and Worpps
touching this Appeal

And they Shall ever pray Etc
