two of his Maties Justices of the peace for the City of London

crooked lane
London unto the said Parish of St. Thomas the Apostle
as the Place of their last legal Settlement
That your Petr. doubt not but to prove that the said Phebe

and her three Children hath not any legal Settlemt.
in the said Parish of St. Thomas the Apostle
whereby they
conceive themselves aggrieved by the said Warrant of the
said two Justices And do humbly appeal to your Honour
and Worpps there from
Your Petr therefore most humbly prays your Honr
and Worpps will be pleased to hear them in the
Prmisses And that the Churchwardens & Overseers of
the Poor of the said Parish of St. Michael crooked
Lane
may appear before you and hear & abide
