To the Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of St. Bennett at Pauls Wharfe
London, and the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Mildred
in the Poultry London respectively.

WHEREAS Complaint hath this Day been made
unto us two of His Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for this City, and the Liberties thereof (Quorum
unus) by You the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of St. Bennett at Pauls Wharfe
London, That Mary Norwood< no role > is lately come into
your said Parish not having obtained any
legal Settlement there, and is likely to become charge-
able thereto by reason of her poverty
and Sickness unless timely prevented,
which Complaint we adjudge to be true. And forasmuch
as it appears unto us by the Oath of the said Mary Norwood< no role >
That about Eight years ago she was a yearly hired servant
with Mr Gyles late Keeper of the Poultry Compter in the parish of
St. Mildred in the Poultry London at the Wages of three Pounds p
Ann for about Eight years and has
not obtained any subsequent Settlement. We the said Ju-
stices are therefore of Opinion, and do adjudge the last
legal Settlement of the said Mary Norwood< no role >
to be in the said
Parish of St. Mildred in the Poultry London and
that thitherto she ought by Law to be sent.

THESE are therefore in His Majesty's Name to re-
quire You to remove and convey the said Mary Norwood< no role >
from and out of your said Parish of St. Bennett at Pauls
Wharfe London to the said Parish of St. Mildred in the Poultry
London and her leave with the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor there, or one of them, who is and
are hereby required to receive and provide for her
according to Law, Hereof fail not, and this shall be your
Warrant. Given Under our Hands and Seals the Twenty second
Day of June Anno Domini 17 19 .
