of London and to the rest of his Majtys Justices of the peace at the General Quarter
Sessions of the peace Assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the poor of the parish of St. Pancras London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Warrant under the hands and Seals of two of his
Matys Justices of the peace within the City of London (Quorn unus) bearing
Date the Eighteenth day of March last past Mary Gibbs< no role > wife of George
Gibbs
< no role > with two Children were Sent and Delivered by the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Parish of Allhallows Barking London unto the Sd
Parish of St. Pancras London Alledging the Sd Parish to be the place
of their last Legal Settlement

That Your Petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved
by the Sd Warrant and Judgment and do most
humbly Appeal to Your Honr and Worpl therefrom

Most humbly pray Your Honl
and Worps will be pleased to hear them
in the premisses And Order that the
Church Wardens and Overseers of ye poor
of ye sd Pish of Allhallows Barking may
Appear before You And hear and abide
the Determination of Yr Honr and
Worps touching the sd Appeal

And they Shall ever Pray Etc
