That by Virtue of a Court under the hands and Seales of two of
his Majestyes Justices of his peace within the City of London (Quor
unus) bearing Date the Second day of May last past

unto the sd. Church Wardens and
Overseers of the poor of the sd. pish of St. Mary Magdalen

London alledging the sd. Pish to be the place of
their last Legal Settlemt.
That Your Petenrs. conceive themselves aggrived by
the sd Warrt. and Judgmt of the sd two Justices and do most
humbly appeal to your Honour & Worps therefrom
Your petitioners therefore most humbly pray Etc
Honr. and Worpps will be pleased to hear them
in the Prmisses and Ordr. that the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the sd. pish of St. Gyles
without Cripplegate
may appear before you
and hear & abide the Determinacon of the Court
touching the sd. appeal.
