The Humble Peticon and appeale of the Chappell Warden and Overseers
of the poore of the precinct of the savor in the County of Midlx

Sheweth

That by Warrt. under the hands' and Seales of the Rt. Honble Sr. Wm. Humfreys< no role >
Knt Lord Mayor of the Citty of London and Sr. Wm. Withers< no role > Knt. Justices
of the Peace for the said Citty (Quorum Enus) bearing date the twentieth
day of December last John Starfe< no role > together with Ruth< no role > his wife and two
Children (Vizt) Elizabeth< no role > thirteen and Susann< no role > about tenn years Old were
passed from the parish of St. Giles Criplegate London to the said precinct
of the Savor as the place of the last legall Settlement of the said John
Starfe< no role >

Your Peticoners thinck themselves aggrieved by the Judgment of the an
Said two Justices doe humbly Appeale to this Court and pray that the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poore of the said parish of St. Giles
Criplegate London may be ordered to Attend this Court to house and abide
