The humble Petitcon and appeale of the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the Poor of the parish of Allhallows Staining
London

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Warrant under the Hands and Seals of two of his
Majesties Justices of the peace within this City one being of the
Quorn) bearing date the 20th day of November last past one
Frances Roll< no role > Wido was sent by the Churchwardens & Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of St Catherine Creedchurch London unto
the said parish of Allhallow Staining London alleadging the
said parish to be the place of her last legal Settlement

That your petitionrs therefore [..]
Conceive themselves aggreived by the said Warrant
and Judgment of the said two Justices and do most
humbly appeal to your Honr and Worpps therefrom

Your Petitr most humbly pray your
Honr & Worpps will be pleased to hear
them in the prmisses and that the
Churchwardens & Oversees of the poor of
the said parish of St Katherine Creedchurch
may appeare before you and hear and
abide the Determination of your Honr
& Worpps touching this appeal
