The Humble Peticon and appeale of the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the poore of the parish of Brayles in the County of Warwick

Sheweth

That by Warrant under the hands and Seales of Sr. William Humfreys< no role >
Kt. Barrt [..] Lord Mayor of the Citty of London and St. Thomas Abney< no role > Knt.
two of his Maties, Justices of the Peace for the said Citty and Liberties thereof
(Quorum Unus) bearing date the Ninth day of March last, one Jonathan
Rimell< no role > with his fower Children (Vizt) Sarah Rimell< no role > aged about eight years'
Richard Rimell< no role > aged between Six and Seven Years' Mary Rimell< no role > aged between
four and five years' and Elizabeth Rimell< no role > aged about fifteen Months were
passed from the parish of St. Buttolph without Bishopsgate within the an
Libertie's of the said Citty of London to the said parish of Brayles in the County
of Warwick as the place of their last legall Settlement

Your Petitioners think themselves aggrieved by the Judgment
of the said two Justices do humbly Appeale to this Court and pray
that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poore of the said parish
of St. Buttolph without Bishopsgate and all other parties concerned
herein may be Ordered to Attend this Sessions, to heare and abide
the Judgment ye determinacon of this Court touching this Appeale
