Compt being this day made unto us, whose hands &
seals, are hereunto sett, Two of his Majesties Justices
of the peace for this City and Liberties thereof (quor un)
by you the Churchwardens & overseers, for the poore of
The psh of St. Giles Criplegate London, That George
Hull
< no role > , togeather with Mary his wife & two children
Mary< no role > about twelve, and Martha< no role > about six years
old ware Lately come into your psh, not having gaind
any Legall settlement: And for as much as it appears
unto us the said Justices upon the Oath of Geve Hall
aforesaid That he was an Inhabitant severall years in
that part of the psh of St. Giles Criplegate Called the Lord-
ship, & payd arent of Eight pounds P ann and four
shillings & year to the scavenger, And noe subsequent
settlement appearing Wee doe therefore adjudge that
pare of the psh called the Ldp: to be the legall settlement
of the said George Hall< no role > , Mary< no role > his wife , & theire two daug-
hters, & thither by Law, they ought to be sent

These are therefore in his Majesties
name requiring you the Churchwardens, and over-
seers, for the poore of the psh of St. Giles Criplegate Londn.
forth with upon sight hereof to convey the aforesaid
George Hall< no role > , Mary his wife , with Mary & Martha
theire two daughters, into that pare of the psh of St.
Giles Criplegate , called the Lordshp. (Com Mld) theire
delivering them to the Churchwardens, & overseers th:
ereof, & some one of them: Whoe are hereby requ-
ired to find, and provide for according to Law: here of
faile not at your perrills. Given under our hands to
seals this seaventh day of January 1714
