that her said husband is the most material witness
in this Cause on behalfe of the King agt. the Defendts
her said husband being the person to whom the Defts:
publish'd the false Indenture for which the Defendts:
stand Indicted, And this Deponent further deposeth
& saith that her said husband is a private souldier in
his Majts: first Regiment of Foot Guards to which
Regiment he has belong'd for thirteen yeares & upwards
and about eight weeks since was sent into the Countrey
to raise recruits for the said Regiment and is now by
Orders (as this Depont, has been inform'd by the Officers
of the said Regiment & verily beleives) Conducting the
prisoners from preston
in Lancashire
to London
