Complaint being this Day made unto us Two of His
Majesty's Justices of ye. peace for this City & ye Liberties thereof
(Quor unus) by you ye. Churchwardens & Overseers of ye. Poor
of ye. Parish of St. Catherine Creedchurch London, That one Frances
Rolt
< no role > Widow is lately [..] into yor. said Parish not having
obtained any legall settlement there, & is likely to become
Chargeable thereto unless timely prevented, And for as much as
it appeares unto us by ye. Oath of ye said Frances Rolt< no role > That Twenty
four years ago & upwards her husband John Rolt< no role > Rented an
house at fourteen pounds p ann in Mark Lane in the
parish of Alhallows Staining London where they dwelt for
ye Space of three years & upwards & had not by any means
whatsoever obtained any other legall Settlemt. Since, We
do therefore adjudge the last legall Settlemt. of ye. said France
Rolt to be in ye said Parishes of Alhallows Staining London
And that (thitherto) she ought by Law to be sent.

These are therefore in His Majesty's Name to require
you ye. Churchwardens & Overseers of ye. poor of ye. parish
of St. Catherine [..] London forthwith to remove and
Convey ye said Frances Rolt from & out of yor. said Parish
ye parish of Allhallows Staining London , and her leave with ye.
Churchwardens & Overseers of ye. poor there, or one or yr. who
are hereby required to receive & provide for according to
Law. Hereof faile not And this shall be yor. Warrant Given
under our hands and Seales this 26th. Day of November
