Who being upon Oathseverally Say and first
The said William up the Williams for himself
Saith that on or about the third [..] Day of
January One Thousand Seven Hundred and Eighty
Eight a Foreigner came to Lodge with this Informant of
the Name of Rhode that he Signed his Name I Rhode
that he continued to Lodge at the House of this
Informant untill the sixthDay of August
following when he left this Informants House without
Notice and without paying his Rent That during
the time the said Foreigner so Lodged at this Informant
House there were a great Number of People came
after him Particularly Jews and also several
Porters whom he Occasionally EmployedAnd
this Informant further saith that the person
now Present who calls himself Jacob Canter< no role >
is the Person who lodged at this Informants
House by the Name of Rhode
