Middlesex to wit

The Information of John Hull< no role >
of Twickenham Coach maker
taken before me this 14th. day
of February 1789

Who being upon Oath says that last Night
about half past Six o'Clock as this Informant
was going from Brentford to Twickenham
about two Hundred Yard's beyond Isleworth
on the Footpath he met the person now
present who calls himself James Joiner< no role >
who asked Informant what o'Clock was
that Informant told him he did not know
That said Joiner then demanded this Informants
Money when Informant replied he had got no
Money That said Joiner then took a Pistol out
of his Pocket when this Informant left the
Footpath and went into the Highway And
when he had got about five or Six Yards from
said Joiner Informants back being towards
him said Joiner fired his Pistol at him but
missed him after which said Joiner made off
towards the Turnpike That upon the Report
of said Pistol and the Alarm given by this
Informant said Joiner was secured
