Who being upon Oath saith that he Knows open on now
present who calls himself Jacob Canter< no role >
That he
has been frequently employed by him for the purpose
of carrying Drafts and receiving Cash from
different Bankers and on other BusinessThat on the
22nd. day of September last he saw said Canter
at the Gateway of Grays Inn
Holborn
when said
Canter desired that he this Informant would be
at that Place at nine o'Clock the next Morning
and Wait there till he cameThat at about
half past nine o Clock the next Morning said Canter
was sitting in Grays Inn Coffee House
and beckoned
to this Informant to come to him which he
did when said Canter gave him a Draft on
Messrs: Biddulph Cocks< no role >
and Co for £554 0.. 8
telling him to go and receive the MoneyThat
this Informant accordingly went and received
the same in Bank Notes and Cash andbrought
them to said Canter and [..] between
the doors of said Coffee Hour where he was
waiting when this Informant [..]

them to as he had been desired to the Grays Inn Coffee

and waited there about three Quarters of
