aforesaid and took away his fathers HorseandCart and Harris on Thursday
this said 15th. day of January in Order to go and commit the said
Robries as aforesaid

Hair dresser and John Peachy< no role > the Elder of Peckham in the County of Surry
Butcher Upon their Oaths Say and first the said Joseph Bear< no role >
saith on Sunday Morning the 18th day of January Instant about
Eight o Clock in the Morning he Stoped [..] Andrew Davis< no role >
with the Horse Cart and Hamis Produced Says he Asked him where
he was going that he said the Horse Cart and Hames belonged to John
Peachy
< no role > the Younger (who was then Present) that he Searched said
Andrew Davis< no role > and found the Pistol produced concealed in his
Trowsers that he Secured said Davis and Peachey and took the
Horse Cart and Hamis to a Livery Stable the said John Peachey< no role >
the Elder for himself Saith On Thursday the 15th day of January
Instant about Nine o Clock in the Evening he went into his Stable Situate in Peckham as afsd
Racked his Mare up and left her Safe in the Stable that at the
same time he saw his Cart that about Eight o Clock Next
Morning he went into the Stable when he found his Mare Cart
and Hamis had been taken away in the Course of the
