day of December Instant he took a Silver Watch into
Pledge for the Sum of One Pound, one Shilling, in the
name of William Robertson< no role > , And very believes the
Prisoner was the Person who Pledged the same, and
which said Watch now Produced by him is sworn to be the
Property of the aforesaid Informant
