of Saint Mary White Chapel in the said County Carpenter and George
Hackman
< no role > of Church Lane in the said Parish and County Carpenter and Thomas Temple< no role > of Gardens in the parish of Saint George Middlesex Hatchman Taken on
Oath before me John Staples< no role > Esquire me of his Majesty's Justices of the peace
in and for the said County this Fifteenth day of December 1788 and first the said
William Barrett< no role > for himself Saith that ontheThursday last him Company with
others was at Work in finishing a House Newly built in the New Road Saint George
Middlesex that about Eight oClock the Same Evening he left off Work and left one
of the Tennant Saws produced in the said House and that the said Saw is his
property and is of the Value of Two Shillings and the said George Hackman< no role >
for himself Saith that he was at Work in Company with the said William Barrett< no role >
and Saw thesaidSaw Produced left in the said House as aforesaid and the said Thomas
Temple
< no role > for himself Saith that about Twelve o Clock on Thursday Night last he
Stoped the prisoner present who says his Name is William Breacher< no role > with
the Saws produced in his possession
