Oath the 3d. day of January 1789 before me one of
his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex
Who Saith that on the Twenty fourth day of December last in the
Morning She went out from her Dwelling house in little Saffron
Hill
in the Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn
and returned
about half an hour after night in the Evening and found the
front door of her house open which she had left double
Locked when she went out, she then immediately locked
the door and went to her neighbour for Assistance and
they then went into the house and found her Beareau
broke open and the Drawers stripp'd of Plate and other
things and wearing Apparel and a large Pier Glass in
a [..] Gilt frame and a Mahogany Tea Chest and some
China Images of the Mantle piece and a Quantity of other
things taken out of the house, [..] her property And
Saith That a Looking Glass, Tea Chest, some China Images
Two Bed Quilts and a Great Quantity of other things
now produced by John Armstrong< no role >
a Constable
in her
property and part of the property that was stolen and
carried away from her house as aforesaid
