Who upon his Oath saith that being Shopman to Mr.
Edward Standen< no role >
of Broad Street
Bloomsbury
Hosier
that on
Friday the 12th. Day of December be twixt six & seven o' Clock in
the Evening he was in the Shop & heard a Pane of Glass
crack belonging to the Shop Window he looked through a
Row of Stockings that was hanging upon a Line before the
Window & saw one of the Prisoners
Hands pushing in
the Pane of Glass which they had broke upon which he
immediately ran out of the Shop & secured both the
Prisoners

who at first
behaved in a very sancy instant manner & abused him
very grosly but afterwards wod. have paid for the
same or have made any Satisfaction or Recompense
that might be required upon Condition of releasing them

into Custody
