taken the Spoon and had given it to a Girl called Frances
Jellson otherwise French Charlotte That this Deponent took the
said William Hullcup and Frances Sellson into Custody and

cook ale house in Litch field Street John in the said County who is
on Officer as this Deponent believes belonging to the Rotation
Office in Litchfield Sheet aforesaid when the said Frances Sell on
same Little time after acknowledged to have received the said Spoon

with the said Frances Lell on and soon ofter Returned with her and
the Spoon That this Deponent attended the Majesty's by he Justices
aforesaid to five Evidence against the said William Hullcup and Frances

and the said Charles Elliot< no role > were only examined by the Grand Jury
and soon after Examination this Deponent applied to the said
Charles Elliot< no role > to know why he had not been examined when the
said Charles Elliot< no role > told the Deponent that he night go home for
that he had no Occasion to Stay And they Deponent further
