maketh Oath and saith that
he was bound by Recognizance to prosecute Joseph Isaac's at the Session
held in April last for Feloniously stealing some pewter pots of the value of Two Shillings
the property of him this Deponent And this Deponent further saith that
he did ha Hond at the said Session to prosecute the said prisoner for the said
Offence when he was informed that he had no occasion to stay longer
or proceed further in the said prosecution, as the Prisoner was Dead And
lastly this Deponent saith that he made enquiry at [..] Dxthy truth of the
said Information when he found that the said Joseph Isaac< no role >
's had
Died in Tothilfields Bridewell
some time before the said Session began And lastly
this deponent saith that he neglected to prosecute on no other account
whatever than the Death of the prisoner as aforesaid.
