Saith That he verily believes that the said Charles Elliot< no role > and
John Beamish< no role > who Cohabited with the said Frances sell as this Deponent hath been informed did Cause the said Bill of Indictment to go before
the Grand Jury others the name of this Deponent being put on that
tack there of and which this Deponent was ignorant of the recessity
of the same and which has done by them as this Deponent verily
believes for the purpose of getting the said William Hullcup and
Frances Sellson Acquitted and discharged of the said Felony as
this Deponent did attend [..] of going [..]
them in the said Indictment And his Deponent Saith he lately received
the Letter here to annexed and was Surprised to find his Recognizance
ordered to be Estreated But this Deponent humbly hopes this
Honorable Court will for the reasons aforesaid order his Recognizance
to be discharged

or Cause whatsoever save Ignorance as aforesaid
