in the fields the County of Middlesex Victualler and William
Turner

Severally Make, Oath and first this Deponent Titus Sutcliffe for [..]
himself Saith That on the thirteenth day of March one thousand
seven hundred and Eighty nine he was bound in a Recognizance in the
Sum of Forty pounds by William Gav [..] Esqr. one of his Majesty's
Justices. of the peace in and for the said County to [..] ecute the [..]
William Hallcup and Thomas Jellson for Stealing a Silver Table For
his property That the Deponent did in Tuesday the twenty first and
Wednesday the twenty second days of April last Attend at the Sess [..]
have on Clerkenwell Green in the said County to prefer and did [..] his Indictment
against the said William Hull< no role > [..] and Frances [..] on for the said Felony
[..] said Indictment was in by the Grand Jury returned not found
That after he this Deponent had been examined the other Deponent
William Turner< no role > applied to Charles Elliot< no role > the officer in whose Custody the
Spoon one to know why a was not Examined when he informed his
that the Bill was [..] at and that there one no Occasion for
him to be examined hud that he might go home and this Deponent
Saith that he said William Turner< no role > did attend with the Deponent on
those days at the Session house aforesaid for the propose of giving
Evidence against the said William Hullcap and Frances Sill son
he was depended if so doing by the said Charles [..] and John
Beanish [..] will appear by the testimony of the other Deponent
William Tumer And the Deponent William Turner< no role > of
himself saith, That he is an Acquaintance of the other Deponent
This Sutliffe and was at his house in the Evening of the thirteen
of March last when he was informed by Mrs Saith Smith a [..]
of the then Deponent That a Lad she had just had a quarter of
Brandy had taken away a Silver spoon That this Deponent [..]
