of four last Wednesday morn. and had a pint of bear and in going
along Ram Alley James Wood< no role > clapt a pistol to the head of James
Rock< no role > saying he would blow his brains out if he did not stop that
both stopt directly made no resistance until they were were hauled
and pulled about That Simon Wood< no role > took the knife out of his pocket
and then let them go and when theysayNash comed down
the alley they called them back and seized them again

James Rock< no role > says he got up at the hour of four last Wednesday morning
going to wash himself met Joseph Lucas< no role > in Whitechaepel Road and
went to the Red lion in said road had a pint of beer and ingoing down
Ram alley saw Simon Wood< no role > come out of his Father house his Father
following with a pistol put it to his head the [..] to blow his brains
out if went another stop and on being laid hold on they both stopt
and in a few minutes were let go Says they got to the top of the alley when
they were called back says they went back when were they laid hold [..] again
