William Peters< no role > on oath says that this Morning between
the Hours of Six & Seven O Clock he saw John Glade< no role > &
some Waterman (near his house the White Hart Mill Bank
having words that one Robt Tatton< no role > one of the said Waterman
told sd John Glade< no role > that he was one of them & as had as ye
rest that this Informant having heard of Mrs Wakes Robberys laid hold
of sd John Glade< no role > suspecting he was one of the Thieves
Sold him he should go with this Infort to Mrs Wakes house
that as they went along together sd John Glade< no role > confessed
the whole of the Robbery and were the things were taken
to mamley in a Court in Kent Street that this Infort wth
other went to the place & found the property now produc'd

sd John Glade< no role > said he was employd by three Men to [..]
that was Stole does not recollect their names that when this
Infant went with sd John Glade< no role > & others to fetch the sd stolen
Goods sd John Glade< no role > pointed to two Man standing in the
Court huging Fish saying those two are the Men ye Com-
mitted the said Robbery that this Infort took the sd two Man
into Custody & that the Men now present (prisoners) are the
sd two Men

John Wake< no role > on Oath says that hear
ing his Mother Mrs Wake had been robb went to her House
[..] that upon this Infort asking sd John Glade< no role > it he was
concerned in the sd Robbery answered no but that he met the
people that did the Robbery on Mill Bank & that he assisted
them in getting the Stolen Goods over the Water (that [..] sd. John Gall< no role > took out
of his pockett Four papers of Tobacco saying they had given
them to him that if this Infort would go with them, he would them
were the Goods were taken too that this Infort went with sd
John Glade< no role > & others went to a Court in Kent Street saw the Prisoner
answering the Description gave by sd John Glade< no role > who them
showed this Infort. the House and told this Infort to go up two pair
of Stairs that this Infort the Constable went up Two pair of stairs
and upon Knocking at a door a Womans voice askd who is
there that the Constable answered we want to come in
sd Voice answerd Ill come Directly that the sd Door was
apend by the Woman now present that calls herself Catherine
Baynham this Infort & the Constable went into the Room
and found the articles now produced yt the large punch
Bowl he Knows to be his Mothers property that upon this
Infort asking the sd Catherine Baynham how she came by
the sd Copper Kettle & other articles answered Thos Phillips< no role >
had brought them there
