The Informations of Peter Lawson< no role > at the three Crowns East Smithfield
Mariner Matthew Mc. Mahony of Virginia Street in the Parish of Saint
George Middlesex Mariner George Gibs< no role > [..] Eastsmithfield Victualler
and Ann Duncan< no role > of Black house yard Saint John of Wapping Spinster Taken upon
Oath the Tenth day of June 1789 Before me Robert Smith< no role > Esquire one of his
Majestys Justices of the Peace in and for the said County.

Who says and first the said Peter Lawson< no role > for himself saith that friday the fifth day of
June Instant about Nine o Clock in the Evening he met with one of the Prisoners Present
who says her Name is Ann Bourn at the Crown in Nightengale Lane that she
asked him to go home with her which he agreed to when she took him to a House
kept by the other Prisoner who says her name is Judieth Antony Situate in
Black Horse Yard aforesaid thatthePrisoner Bourn and this Deponent went
up Stairs when Bourn said she would go down Stairs and got some Supper
that he lay down upon the Bed and went to Sleep that when he awake he felt in
his Pocket and missed his Green Silk Purs with Gold fringe upon it Purs Containing Nine Guineas and a Half and two half
Crowns (the Key of his Chest one Shillings and one Penny that soon after [..]
Bourn came up Stairs and began to Quarel with him and desired him to go don
he asked her for his Money She said she had not got it he Accordingly went out
to search for an Officer and soon after had her Apprehended he is Sertain
he had the Money and other things when he went into the House [..] He dose not
recolect seeing the other Prisoner Antony

Matthew Mc. Mahony< no role > for himself Says on friday the fifth Instant
between Eleven and twelve oClock at Night he went into the House of Prisoner
Antony along< no role > with Ann Duncan< no role > that he saw Ann Bourn< no role > come down Stairs
with a green Purs in her Hand that she took out Seven Guineas and a Half out
and threw it upon the Table dose not recolect whether she threw the Purs upon the
Table or not that he saw Mrs. Anotony take up the Money

And Duncan for herself saith that on Friday the fifth day of June Instant
she went into Antoneys House along with Mc. Mahoney that she saw Ann Bourn< no role >
with a green Purs in her hand that she [..] took seven Guineas and
a half and a half Crown piece and puts it up on the Table dose not recolect wether
she put the purs upon the Table or not she saw Mrs. Antony take up the Money and
heard her say she would take care of it till the Morning for the Man
