that on the 1st: of Febry
Instant about a Quarter past nine O Clock [..]
Night he was in Barrets Court where he saw two
Sten together whom this Informant rather
suspected upon which the Informant wortched
them and in about five Minutes after saw
One of the said Two Men go into a House No: 1
in the said Court whill the other of them s [..]
at the Door that sven after he saw the Man
who went into the said house come out of it
with or Box in his Arms which Appeared to
be about a Yard long-which the said Man
immediately delivered to the Person now present
who calls himself James Hallock when they
both went up the Court togather that this
Informant followed them to the
End of the Court and then returned and gane

And this Informant James Hutchinson< no role >
for Himself saith that he is a Taylor
and lives
at No: 24 in Barretts Count aforesaid that on Friday
the 1st: of February Inst. about half past Nine OClock
he saw Two men Standing at the Door of No.1 in
the said Court he saw a man bring but a
White Box and thort he and another Man
went up the Court with the Box and this
Informant further saith that the person new
plesent who calls himself James Hall< no role >
out was Wonting at the Door of the said
House when the other man brought out the
Rox when they immediately went away
togather that this Informant followed the said
two then and at the Tap of Marylebone
Lane
saw the said Box upon the shanleter of James
Horllock
when this Informant Returned
And this Informant Edward Tredaway< no role >

received an Information of the above [..]
he and others went in Search of and
Apprehended the Prisoner
