upon Oath before me Edward Webster< no role > Esqr . one of
his Majestys Justices of the Peace in and for the
said County this 28th. day of February 1788

This Informant upon his Oath saith that William
Paul< no role > a Servant of his has Privately Stolen One Whole Cheese
and a Piece of Cheese commonly called Gloucester Cheese
Weighing together upwards of Twelve Pounds the Property
of the said Informant out of the Shop of the said Informant
ofof the Value of Four Shillings and Upwards
