one of his Majestys Justices
of the peace in and for the
said County City and Liberty

Who being severally upon oath say
And first this Informant Robert Bradford< no role >
for himself Saith that he is an apothecary
and lives at the Corner of Grafton Street
that on Friday Evening last a person of the name of Fedadiah
Thomas came into this Informants shop for assistance
and in the course of a few minutes after he had been in the
Shop he expired, when this Informant searched his pockets
and found a letter belonging to the Dispensary in Gerrard that
and applied to the person now present who calls himself
Edward House< no role > who is the porter of the said Dispensary
who told this Informant that he know him very well
and would fetch his rotations to take the Body away, that
the said Edward House< no role > returned in a few minutes in company
with two men whose names this Informant verily believes
to be Robert and Thomas Griffiths< no role > , and the said Edward House< no role >
told this Informant they were the relations of the said Jedediah
Thomas
< no role > when he in company with the said Robert & Thomas
Griffiths
< no role > requested this Informant to lend them his Carpet
to carry the body of the said Jedediah Thomas< no role > away
which he accordingly did And this Informant further
Saith that the said Edward House< no role > brought to the Shop
of this Informant before he took the body of the said
Jedediah Thomas away, the other Informant Williams
Heritage and wanted him to take the Body of the said
Jedediah Thomas< no role > away upon his Knot as a Porter
