Who being upon Oath said that last Night
about 9o'Clock as he was walking along Tavistock
Street he heard Ann Patridge< no role > now present call out
"Shop Thief" at which time he observed a person now
present who calls himself Robert Ward< no role > run from
her as she lay on the GroundThat [..] said
Ward Stooped down before he ran away and
took somethingthat he pursued him and
apprehended him
