David Bolton< no role > of New Bone Street in the County of
Middlesex Gentleman maketh Oath and saith that
he is a Preceptor to the Royal Family and on which
account his attendance is daily required, to wait on
them at Windsor, and that on the day he was
summoned to attend this Honourable Court he was
obliged to set off to Windsor aforesaid which he
accordingly did and was not able to return to Town
in time to attend this Honourable Court. And
this Deponent further saith that he is always
excused attending on any Juries for the reasons
aforesaid. And this Deponent further saith
that he would willingly have attended this
Honourable Court at the Sessions and prayed
to be discharged had it been possible for him
to have quitted his Duty and come to Town.
