appear at the sessions held in June last as a Witness

a Seaman for a charge of Felony his Deponent
was at the same Session informed (and which he verily
believes to be true) by Roger Gashell< no role >
of Hemlock Court

who had been likewise bound over on the same Prosecution that
the Prosecutor Dennis Bryan< no role >
had intirely abandoned
or waived the Prosecution against the said Philip Crib
and was gone abroad and on that Account no Bill
was found against the said Defendant and further
informed this Deponent that he needed not attend
the said Sessions And this Deponent further saith
that he resting on the said Information and being
Ignorant of the Consequences attending his being bound
over as aforesaid did not withdraw the Recognizance
nor did this Deponent know he was so bound over
until after he received a Letter from shelton Esquire
informing him thereof And this Deponent further saith
that he is informed and verily believes that no Bill
could have been found on his Evidence without
