You being bound over to appear at the
Session held in February laft, to Prosecute [..] Phoebe
Williams< no role > for Yelong and not appearing according to
the Condition of you Recognizance for the Purpose, it became
forfeited, and must be estreated into the Court of Exchequer , in
order to the issuing of Process thereon against you, for levying
the Penalty; unless prevented by Appearance and proper Applica-
tion, to stay Proceedings thereon at the next Session, which will
begin at Justice-Hall, in the Old-Bailey , on Wednesday the 22d
Instant.
