Town together and would not return before the begining
of next Month, And this Deponent further saith
that on the Account Aforesaid he is wholly unable
with safety to proceed to Trial herein And this
Deponent Alexander Ramsey< no role > for himself saith
that he did pursuant to the directions of the other
Deponent John Burnell< no role > on the several Days
between the times of Apprehension of the said
John Burnell< no role > and the Twenty first day of the
present month Make due enquiry of the said
Several Places of Abode of the above named Ann
Warris and Rebecca Thomas< no role > in order to being them
forward on behalf of the said John Burnell< no role > in the
prosecution and upon such several Enquirys was
informed by persons at their house and by persons
living or residing nearly the places of each of their
Abodes of the said Ann Harris< no role > and Rebecca Thomas< no role >
were gone out of Town, and would not return untill
the begining of the next Month. And this Deponent
John Burnell< no role > for himself saith lastly, that he
verily believes he shall be able to find the said
Ann Harris< no role > and Rebecca Thomas< no role > so as to
Supena them and be prepared to proceed to Trial
herein at the next Sessions
