Street Covent Garden Severally make Oath and Say and first this
Deponent John Shallard< no role > for himself Saith That he this Deponent was
on the Twenty sixth day of May last past before Sir Sampson Wright< no role >
Knight at the Public Office above named bound over with other to appear
and Prosecute Catherine Rivers< no role > Frances Waiters< no role > , Daniel Rivers and Burgess
Frauter otherwise Waters the two former for a Felony and the tur latters
as Accessories after said Felony by receiving and comforting said Catherine
Rivers< no role > and Frances Waters< no role > , at the there next General Quarter Session
of the Pieced to be holden for the County of Middlesex at the Session House on
Clerkenwell Green And this Deponent Saith he did attend the Grand Jury
at the Session House aforesaid with a Bill of Indictment against the said
Catherine River Paud Frances Waters< no role > for said Felony and which was
returned a True Bill & ill Consequence thereof this Deponent did attend The
Court at the Session House Old Bailey on the Trial of said Catherine
Rivers< no role > and Frances Water on said Bill of Indictment when they
were both Acquitted And this Deponent further Saith that the
Offered charged to have been Committed by said Daniel Rivers and
Burgess Frances otherwise Waters being with in the City of London he this
Deponent cou'd not prefer a Bill of Indictment against them Jointy
with the said Catherine Rivers< no role > and Frances Waters< no role > in the County of Middlesex
but was advied to wait the Event of the Fial of said Catherine River
and Frances Waters< no role > as Principals in the said Felony on the Bill of
Indictment before mentioned and there being to the best of this Deponent
Information and Belief no Evidenced whatever to be produced against
the said Daniel Rivers and Burgess Franter otherwise Waters he this
Deponent did not cause them to be Indicted And this Deponent
Parles Jealous for himself saith that on his Application to the Hours
Mr. Justice wilson before whom the said Catherine Rivers< no role > and Francis
