Indictment against the said Phoebe for the said Offence from
any intention or inclination to favor the said Phoebe Williams< no role >
or to present her being duly brought to punishment for the
said offence And there Deponent further say that they
did not know that it was necessary to make any applicate
to the Court to discharge their said recognizances till
the thirteenth of this instant October when these Deponents
received the annexed Letter from Mr. Shelton Clerk
of the Arraigns.
