there [..] told this Deponent he woud order said Recognizance to
be discharged accordingly with which this Deponent John Shallard< no role >
was perfectly satisfied and further Saith he was much surprized
a short Time since on securing a Notice from the Clerk of the Indictments
informing him that his Recognizanced would be [..] eated wide fault of
proper Application to this Court at this pre such Session
