he went to the Hospital on the Wednesday following to
see the Deceased when he told Deponent, he had
Received three Blows on the Head, two on the top
and one by the Ear,and several on his Back, but
that he could not tell from whomDeponent says
the Deceased was a Sober quiet Manand when
Deponent first met the Deceased that Day the
appeared to be in perfect HealthDeponent was
desired by Mr. Ben to come and give Evidence to
the Inquest of what he knew concerning the matter
