John Burnell< no role > late of Smith Street Westminster in
the County of Middlesex , but now a Prisoner in his
Majesty Goal Newgate, And Alexander Ramsey< no role >
No. 23 Wardour Street in the Parish of Saint Ann Soh [..]
Hair Dresser, severally Maketh Oath and saith
as follows, And first this Deponent John
Burnell
< no role > for himself saith that on or about the
second Day of October Instant he this Deponent was
Apprehended and taken upon a Warrent under
the hand and Seal ofJames William Addington< no role > Esqure
One of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace in and
for the City and Liberty of Westminster , and was
there upon committed to Prison for the Offence
for which he stands Indicted in the above
prosecution and this Deponent further saith
that sence his committment as aforesaid he hath
caused strick Enquiry to be made by the other
Deponent Alexander Ramsey< no role > in order to find out
Ann Harris< no role > of No. 4 George Street Westminster in the
Parish of Saint Margarets, And Rebecca Thomas< no role >
of No.2 Earl Court Lecester fields in the County
aforesaid Spinster, Two very Material Witnesses
for this Deponent on the Trial of this Indictment
and with out where Testimony he this Deponent
cannot safely proceed to Trial herein and hath
been informed, and verily believes that the said
