Middlesex to wit


Francis Amos< no role > of Milford
Lane in the Strand or Journeyman Lighteman
maketh Oath and saith that in or about the
Month of January last part he discovered some
Person or Persons in the Evening Stealing Coals
from the Craft moved off Essex wharf and
thereupon this Deponent gave Information
thereof and with other Person pursued and
took one William Wright< no role > who was carried
to the Watchhouse that Evening and the next
morning before a Magistrate at Litchfield
street where this Deponent Entered into a
Recognizance for Appearing and Prosecuting
the said William Wright< no role > for [..] Felony
at the then next Session [..] And this
Deponent further saith that from the nature
of this Employ he is frequently and almost
Constantly engaged from home and not having
Received in initing any Account when he
