William Wilkin was committed to Tothil Fields
Bridewell , Deponent says he had been just now to
St. George's Hospital to lee the Deceased, and he is
perfectly sure he is the Man he saw William Wilkin
Strike with a Stick as he has before Related. Deponent
had seen the Deceased in Covent Garden for half on Hour before
the Deceased received the Blows, and be was not [..] out of his Sight

Richard Guilt< no role > Waiter at Woods Hotel Covent Garden
on his Oath saith, that on the Day the Election Closed
for Member of Parliament for Westminster on Monday the
4th. of August last, after the Close of the Poll and
about 4 o' Clock in the Afternoon, the Windows of the
Hotel was broke by the Mob, Deponent was then
Ordered by his Master to go and get some Constables
he protect the House he accordingly applied to Mr.
Bursan and Six Constables came with him, on sight
of the Constable the Mob in a few Minutes Dispersed
White Deponent was going for the Constables he met
