The Information of William Fisher< no role > at
Lord Egremonts Piccadilly Servant & George
Zeal
< no role > taken before me one of his Majesty's of
Justices of the Peace for the said County this
22nd. Day of August 1788

Who being severally sworn upon their Oaths say
and first the said William Fisher< no role > for himself sayth That
a bent Eleven or Twelve o Clock last Night he went with a
Person now present who calls herself Elizabeth Palmer< no role >
to her Lodging in Geodge Street Saint Mary le bone
where he agreed to sleep with her that they accordingly
went to bed together in her said Lodgings where they
other Person now present who calls herself Jane Ford< no role >
appeared and acted as Servant to he said Elizabeth
Palmer
< no role > Fordthat at the time they went into Bed this
Informant put his Breeches for security under
the Pillow & Bed at which time this Informant
is posotive & certain there [..] six Guineas &
Two Half Guineas in Gold with some Silver in the
Pocket of his Breeches and this Informant further
saith that about an hour after they had been in Bed
the said Elizabeth Palmer< no role > got up Seemingly in a hurry
called for her maid who came out of the next room with
a Candle and told her she missed her pockets when
they both went to rumaging the bed pretending to look
for them when they where found the maid then
returned to her room and after some time this Informant went
to Sleep that about ten o Clock this Morning this
Informant was disposed to get up and still found the
Sd. Elizabeth Palmer< no role > in Ved with him & cannot take upon
himself to say who then she quited him in any part of the
night or not that upon going to dress himself he found
his Breeches had been removed from the place where
he
