Pinner in the County of Middlesex against
Robert Guy< no role > James Dawsen< no role > & Robert Fenwell< no role >
Who on his Oath saith that a Brown Bay Golding
found in the possession of the said Prisoner is
his property and that the same was stolen
out of his Own field on Tuesday Night the
22d Just or early in the Morning of the 23d
or this Informant verily believes

Brown Bay Guelding the property of the
aforesaid Thos Hillin the High Road
from London to Harrowwith a Goose
and Shovel upon the Hour along with them
