he had put them and were then laying upon the floor
by the Bedside upon Immediately Examining his Pocket
he found that five Guineas in Gold had been taken
out of them as only one Guinea & Two Half Guinea
were then remaining upon his taking the Woman
has to his loss and how his Breeches came to be
removed they both of them denied knowing
anything of the matter and this Informant
further saith that he verily believes the outward
Doors of the rooms were fastened on the inside at
the time he went to bed and that only the door
between the fore and back Room in the latter of
which he believes the Servant lay was left open
and this informant Also further saith that he
this Morning heard the said Elizabeth Palmer< no role >
and Jane Ford< no role > the declare that no Person or
Persons whatever had been within the said Rooms
at any time during the night but themselves from
all which this Informant doth verily believe that
the said Elizabeth Palmer< no role > and Jane Ford< no role > one or
both of them have feloniously taken & carryed away
the sum of fine Guineas in Gold the property of this
Informant at the time & in the place aforesaid

And the said Geo: Zeal for himself suith
her this morning apprehended the two Persons now
present who call themselves Elizabeth Palmer< no role > & Jane
Ford
< no role > when he heard them both declare that the outward
doors of the rooms were fastened when they went to bed
and that no person had been in the said Rooms but them-
-selves
