before me One of His Majesty's
Justices of the peace for the
said County

Who being severally upon Oath say and
first this Informant George Wiltshire< no role > for
himself saith That the person now
present who calls himself Edward
Merrell< no role > lived servant with him and
that two pair of Mens Leather Shoes
a pair of Snuffers [..] a Shoemaker Last
and in Teimbour Needle now produced
and found in the Lodgings of the said
Edward Merrell< no role > and Stolenare the
property of him this Informant and
Stolen from him and this Informant
further saith that the Nine pair of Children
Leather Shoes now produced and found
in the Lodgings of the person now present
who calls himself William Johnson< no role >
are the property of him this Informant
and Stolen from him also
and these Informants Thomas Mansfield< no role >
and Thomas Mansford jointly for
themselves say that they searched
the Lodgings of the said Edward
